The factory has more than 50 sets of professional equipment and 20 workers, with an annual production of over 5 million valves. Production adopts production line, mesh continuous furnace heat treatment, bimetal welding, U-groove quenching of valve stem, surface soft nitriding (increasing valve wear resistance) and coating.
Soft nitriding has obtained very good feedback from customers at home and abroad.
